micahemerson.ca is a discussion of all things beautiful, good and true. Micah loves to discuss Jesus, discipleship and spiritual formation with the heart of a pastor and helpful, plain colloquial speech.

Micah has been married to his darling wife, Dominique, since 2012. Together, they have four young children: Judah, Posy-Lou, Rhys and Ezra.

He has an undergraduate in Theology and Pastoral Ministry, and is currently completing his graduate studies with an emphasis on spiritual formation and preaching. He has over fifteen years of experience in human services and ministry as both a social worker and local church pastor in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Micah loves running, reading, and writing. When he’s not doing that, he enjoys sports, music, cinema and hanging out with his wife and kids.

The happy place is the family homestead on Cape Breton Island, where he enjoys the sea, the company of his family and new friends—with delicious food, of course.
